[EXCLUSIVE CONTENT] Step by step process to 10x your productivity
Tutorial on how to use tools to increase your productivity
This is hands-on content born from years of trial, error, and refinement. I’ll take you step by step through the tools I use to track my processes and show you exactly how to apply them to your own personal growth.
This is part of the premium content I offer, made free just for you.
I’ve split it into bite-sized pieces across multiple weeks to keep it digestible and actionable. This week, I’ll show you how to set up the infrastructure — and as a bonus, I’m giving you access to my personal template. Stick around until the end, it won’t take more than 5 minutes, and trust me, it’s worth every second.
What to expect
Below, you will find an app I am deeply in love with, called Notion.
In short, Notion is a note app on steroids, but somehow easier and more intuitive for the user.
We will open a given template (find below) and use that to set our goals per quarter.
We will then break those quarters down into monthly goals - then weeks, up to build daily tasks.
Ingredients checklist
To start, make sure you have the following items:
5 minutes of your time
A laptop (duh)
Pen and paper
Step-by-step recipe
Download, open, and run these apps.
If you don’t know what Notion is: it’s like your note apps on steroids, but somehow easier and more intuitive. Just go through it 5 minutes and you’ll already feel like a master (but feel free to ask questions in the comments if anything is not clear enough).
The calendar is your best friend. Make use of it. Set up your account and get used to the fact of checking it daily.
Why not Google Calendar? → because it’s not linked seamlessly with the dashboard we are going to set up. You’ll thank me later.
Click on this link and duplicate it on your dashboard by clicking on the top right icon next to the search icon (wait a minute or so and you will find it on the left sidebar)
Open the template on the left sidebar ‘2025 Yearly goal Tracker’
This is how it should look like
Do you see the ‘Open in Calendar’ banner at the end of the video? This is where the Notion Calendar will come in handy.
Just give it a look, see if you can get a feeling of how it works, and start to set it up with your own targets (just change the existing ones).
That’s it for now! I’m not a big fan of overloading with info so just make it as yours and next week I’ll show you some tips and tricks to give it the right boosts and make it 10x more useful.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or doubts - comments below!
And that's a wrap!
Next week, I’ll show you how to go full hands-on on how to measure and improve each goal.
Whether you’re looking to improve your productivity, reach your own ambitious goals, or simply find inspiration in someone else’s journey, The Ignorant is here to offer something fresh, practical, and motivating every single week.
